Holy Ascension: Greek Orthodox Divine Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom, w/CC May 21, 2026

On this glorious feast of the Holy Ascension, we celebrate the completion of Christ’s earthly ministry and His triumphant return to the right hand of the Father. Forty days after His Resurrection, the Lord led His disciples to the Mount of Olives and, while blessing them, ascended into heaven in their sight. By taking our human nature up into the heavenly realm, Christ opened the way for humanity to enter into eternal communion with God, ensuring that where He is, we also may be. This feast mark
